100% Grass Fed Organic Beef Marrow Bones went in to my pot (with a whole bunch of other awesome stuff) to make my homemade bone broth. We broke our fast tonight by enjoying a few cups of bone broth and it didn’t disappoint! 😋

I get asked all the time…what do you make for family dinner? I don’t know about you other parents, but for me…I like to keep it simple most nights. My oldest is a great eater (knocking on wood). My middle child is a picky “negotiator” at mealtime (i.e. how many bites of this do I need to eat until I can be excused or I don’t like this (as she’s pointing to one of the 3 items given) and asking if she can not eat that). Our third is just 13 months (today, actually) so she’s still exploring - there are things she doesn’t eat much of and sometimes she’ll pick around items and then ask (sign) for more of one particular thing.
Here’s examples of some of our recent homemade dinners. In general, I do like to cook - but cooking (esp on weeknights when I’ve already had a busy day) can be overwhelming or feel redundant or like a chore. Hoping I can inspire some of you busy parents that cooking at home can be simple and still taste delish.
