As a resident of Nebraska, you and your family have access to a FREE Discount Prescription Drug Card You can print a card from www.nebraskarxcard.com.

If you are not able to print, or otherwise obtain a card, simply visit any Hy-Vee pharmacy location in Nebraska and ask the pharmacy to have your prescription processed through the Nebraska Rx Card. This program has a "LOWEST PRICE" feature that provides cardholders the lowest plan price on prescriptions at participating pharmacies (Medication Pricing/Discounts are calculated on the plans lowest negotiated contract price and the pharmacy's "usual and customary" price). Nebraska Rx Card is accepted at over 56,000 pharmacies around the country.
