What a wonderful evening! Chef Chris and his amazing team prepared a spectacular three-course meal featuring:

🥗 Wedge Caesar Salad
🥩 Filet steak
🦀 Crab cake
🥓 Bacon-wrapped asparagus
🥔 Golden mashed potatoes
🍫 Triple chocolate cake topped with another chocolate-covered strawberry
🍓 …and yes, even more chocolate covered strawberries to start!

The atmosphere was made even more special with the smooth, beautiful sounds of Tim Javorsky on the saxophone 🎷✨ It was the perfect night spent with friends and neighbors. Moments like these remind us why Maple Ridge is the perfect place to call home! ❤️🏡

Happy Hour vibes! 🎉🍷 We celebrated with Dan Reynolds — the King of Neil Diamond — and he did not disappoint! It also happened to be National Wear Red Day for Women’s Heart Health Month, and we showed up in full force. ❤️ A total sea of red at happy hour! And of course, in true Neil fashion…
It was SO good, SO good… Oh sweet happy hour! 🎶✨ Already counting down to the next one!

We went out to Hector’s Mexican for dinner—since they were voted Best of Omaha for Mexican restaurant, we figured we had to give it a shot. 🌮✨ The verdict? So good. And the margaritas… definitely the group favorite. 🍹😄

We’re delighted to share the beautiful story behind Eileen’s wedding dress, now on display. Eileen married Dick on January 25, 1964, in a lovely evening wedding—so mild she didn’t even need a coat! She chose her dress with two very special people by her side: her mom and older sister. Together, they watched her say “yes” to the dress, creating a memory just as sweet as the wedding day itself. After the celebration, Eileen’s gown and its delicate crown were carefully packed away in a box and stored in the attic… where they remained untouched for 62 years. Opening that box was like stepping back into a perfectly preserved moment in time.

We’re thrilled to share the sweet story behind Rose Mary’s wedding dress, worn when she married Jerry on the afternoon of June 9, 1956, at just 19 years old. Rose Mary chose her beautiful gown from a local bridal shop for $100, perfect for their simple and heartfelt celebration—just cake and punch, no dance, and full of charm. One detail that still makes everyone smile: Rose Mary was a little late to her own wedding! Her dad had to finish milking the cows before they could leave, giving Jerry a brief moment of panic that his bride might have gotten cold feet. Thankfully, she arrived radiant and ready, turning the delay into a beloved family memory.
After the wedding, her dress was carefully tucked away in a cedar chest, where it has remained beautifully preserved all these years. Come visit the display and see this lovely piece of history—stitched with love, family, and a story worth sharing. 💕👗🌿
