🏟️ Across-Town Competition & Community Fun! ⚾🎉

We ventured across town to challenge our sister community, Walnut Grove, to an exciting game of Bean Bag Baseball—and what a great game it was! Both teams showed excellent sportsmanship, making it a fun and friendly competition from start to finish.

🏆 Maple Ridge took home the WIN with a final score of 27–22! After the game, we enjoyed some tasty snacks together and wrapped up the visit with a tour of Walnut Grove. It was wonderful to see how our communities are similar in spirit, yet a little different in their own special ways. Thank you, Walnut Grove, for the warm welcome and a fantastic afternoon. We’re already looking forward to the next matchup! 💙🤝

🍀💚 A Sea of Green at Maple Ridge! 💚🍀 Our St. Patrick’s Day Celebration was full of fun, music, and Irish spirit! The room was glowing green as Bobalone entertained us on the piano, keeping everyone smiling and tapping their toes. 🎹✨ We enjoyed green beer and green Moscato wine, danced the day away, and celebrated together in true festive style. 💃🕺🍷The fun doubled as we also celebrated Resident Rollie’s and Mary H.’s birthdays! 🎂🎉 We sang Happy Birthday and turned the day into one big birthday bash—what a wonderful way to celebrate! Laughter, music, and great company made it a day to remember. We definitely know how to have a good time at Maple Ridge! ☘️🎉

🎉🍽️ March Birthdays & Anniversary Dinner Celebration 🍽️🎉 What a wonderful evening filled with great food, laughter, and meaningful celebrations! Our March Birthdays & Anniversary Dinner was truly special. 💐 Chef Chris treated us to an incredible meal featuring a Walnut Strawberry Salad, Filet Mignon Steak, Stuffed Shrimp, Green Beans, Fingerling Potatoes, and a triple layered lemon cake for dessert—absolutely delicious! 🍰👏 We were honored to celebrate two beautiful love stories:

❤️ David & Karen – 27 years of marriage
❤️ Frank & Mary – an amazing 67 years of marriage

Frank had everyone laughing when he joked that the key to a long marriage is “not having good hearing!” 😂 We also celebrated 19 March birthdays, making the night even more joyful and full of smiles. 🎂🎈 Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so memorable!

🎉 What an Afternoon! 🎉 Our viewing party was an absolute blast—nothing beats cheering together! 🏀❤️ We proudly cheered on the Nebraska Huskers as they made history with their first-ever NCAA Tournament first round win! The energy, the excitement, and the Husker pride filled the room. 🌽🔥 We’re already counting down to Thursday as we get ready to cheer them on in the Sweet 16. Who’s ready for another big win?! 🙌 Go Big Red! ❤️🤍

We had a wonderful time enjoying a delicious meal and even better company at Shirley’s Diner. Our Out to Lunch (or Dinner!) bunch always knows how to have fun—lots of laughs, great conversation, and a fantastic way to meet neighbors.
