CHD is looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and believes in supporting a mission rooted in healing, culture, and community. If you’re a natural organizer, a systems thinker, and a compassionate leader, this role is for you! 🌿

✨ What you’ll do:
• Oversee and strengthen operational systems to advance CHD’s mission
• Improve efficiency across HR, IT, and other support services
• Manage HR functions and provide financial oversight
• Partner with department heads to streamline workflows
• Develop and update standard operating procedures to support consistency and compliance

💼 What we offer:
• Full-time position — 40 hours/week
• Starting compensation at $60K, based on experience
• 14 days accrued PTO + 1 floating/personal holiday
• Eight paid holidays
• Employee Assistance Program
