The Center for Holistic Development is seeking a Family Violence Prevention Coach who is passionate about walking alongside survivors and families with care, skill, and integrity.

This role is rooted in survivor-centered practice and trauma-informed values. You will support individuals and families impacted by family and intimate partner violence, helping participants strengthen safety planning, life skills, stability, and long-term resilience.

In this role, you will:
• Provide skill-based, survivor-centered coaching
• Support families navigating the impact of violence
• Partner with participants to build safety, confidence, and sustainable change

What CHD offers:
• Starting compensation at $41,600, based on experience
• Full-time position with flexible scheduling
• A collaborative, mission-driven team grounded in dignity and community healing

The Center for Holistic Development is expanding, and we’re looking for a therapist who is grounded, compassionate, and committed to community care.

At CHD, therapy is more than sessions on a calendar. It is relationship-centered, culturally responsive, and rooted in dignity. We serve individuals and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and intimate partner violence, and we are seeking someone who wants to do this work with intention and heart.

What you’ll be doing:
• Providing trauma-informed outpatient therapy
• Supporting clients and families impacted by violence and mental health challenges
• Helping clients strengthen resilience, safety, and long-term stability

What you’ll receive:
• Starting salary at $55K+
• Flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend options
• PTO, holidays, and insurance benefits
