As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, a number of changes will be made in an attempt to keep our staff, patients, and community as safe as possible:
If you have any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, chills, shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell) we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
We ask that when you arrive to your appointment that you stay in your vehicle and text 402–915-1495. We will text you when a room is ready for you.
We ask that only the patient enter the building as other visitors will not be allowed to wait in the waiting room or treatment rooms. If the patient is a minor or requires assistance, then one guardian may accompany the patient.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and hope that you, your family, and friends continue to remain safe!
