Mater Filius of Nebraska

Mater Filius of Nebraska, Inc. is a Catholic apostolate created to help women who find themselves in a crisis pregnancy and without support. How long can I stay?

Who can come into Mater Filius? We have two requirements: that you are pregnant and ready for change. What if I have other children? If you have children under the age of 5, they may come into Mater Filius as well. They will be attended to in the daycare while you work or go to school. Once your baby turns 8 months
old you will be ready to leave
Mater Filius with hope and a plan. What if I have no money? No problem. Mater Filius is supported by volunteers and
donors committed to life. What do you expect from me in return? To be open to positive changes in your life. This is not a shelter - we are a home with a program that we expect our mothers to follow. What do I do now? The first step is to call Mater Filius at (402) 933-3466. A loving member of the staff will provide help and care the same day.
