Whatâs in the Room?
How Environment and Energy Impact Connection
Every room holds more than people. It holds tone, history, nervous systems, unspoken stories, and subtle cues that shape how we listen, speak, and relate, often before a single word is said.
In this experiential workshop, weâll explore how environment and energy influence connection, communication, and presence. Through guided reflection, simple somatic awareness practices, and relational exercises, participants will learn how to read a room, regulate themselves within it, and intentionally shape spaces that support clarity, safety, and authenticity.
Weâll look at how physical surroundings, emotional undercurrents, power dynamics, and collective nervous systems impact the way we show up and how small shifts in attention, posture, and intention can transform the quality of connection.
This workshop is for anyone who leads, teaches, collaborates, creates, or simply wants to feel more at ease and attuned in shared spaces.
Youâll leave with:
- Greater awareness of whatâs actually present in a room
- Tools to regulate your nervous system in shared environments
- Language and practices for creating more connected, intentional spaces
- A deeper trust in your own embodied perception
No fixing. No performing.Just learning how to listen to yourself, to others, and to the room itself.
Excited to pique othersâ curiosities (and our own) and be part of one anotherâs sparkle sphere.
