Come join us to learn the basics of all things Yoga. Each instructor will teach you how to build strength and flexibility through the practice of yoga, as well as prepare you for what to expect and experience in all of our current yoga class offerings. Breathwork + Yoga Nidra Reset Workshop

December 27 • 12:30–2:00 PM • $35

Give your mind and body the reset they need after the holidays.
We’ll begin with 30–40 minutes of focused breathwork to clear stress, release tension, and elevate your energy. Then we’ll move into 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a guided deep-rest practice that calms the nervous system and restores clarity.

This workshop is designed to help you re-center, unwind, and step into the new year grounded and refreshed.
