Turns out…you don’t need to hustle your way through being a therapist.

You don’t need to overbook your schedule to feel ā€œlegit.ā€

You don’t need to fill every silence with the ā€œrightā€ intervention.

You don’t need to walk out of sessions second guessing everything you said.

Confidence doesn’t come from doing more.
it comes from trusting yourself in the moment.

That’s exactly what we teach inside our class -
how to feel grounded, clear, and confident in session (even when things go off script).

Grit is NOT…
🚫 pushing through when you’re burnt out
🚫 pretending you know everything in session
🚫 saying ā€œI already tried thatā€ and shutting down

That’s not grit.
That’s survival mode.

Real grit?
šŸ‘‰ Staying open when things feel uncomfortable
šŸ‘‰ Trying again (even when your ego says don’t)
šŸ‘‰ Letting yourself be a therapist who is still learning

If you’ve been feeling stuck… this might be why.

šŸŽ§ We break this all down in this week’s episode
šŸ’¬ Comment CLASS if you’re ready to build real confidence in session

You learned how to ā€œdo it right.ā€
Stack your schedule. Push through. Don’t take breaks. Be available. Be everything.

And now?

We’re asking you to relearn it.
Slow down.
Space your sessions.
Listen to your body.
Set the boundary.

It feels awkward at first… like completely changing your swing mid-game.

But the way you’ve been doing it?
It’s not sustainable.

The gritty way isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing it differently.

And yeah… it might feel uncomfortable before it feels right.

Comment CLASS if you’re ready to unlearn the burnout version of therapy and build something that actually works.

Stop Chasing ā€œBalance.ā€ Start Chasing Integration

The concept of ā€œWork-Life Balanceā€ is a trap. It suggests that work is a burden to be minimized and ā€œlifeā€ is a reward to be protected. It creates a constant state of guilt - it makes it so you feel like you’re either neglecting one thing or neglecting the other thing.

šŸ’šThe Gritty Truth: You don’t need balance. You need Standards.

✨When I’m lifting, I’m not ā€œbalanced.ā€ I’m obsessed with the lift.
✨When I’m with my boys, I’m not ā€œbalanced.ā€ I’m present with them.
✨When I’m with a client, I’m all in with them. In that moment.

Balance is a lie used to justify doing ā€œjust enoughā€ in every area. It leads to a feeling of shame because we just can’t seem to do it.

How about being in the moment, in the moments you are in. Rather than seeking balance.

Stop trying to balance the scales and start raising your ā€œbeing withā€ standard in every category.

If you’re looking to explore more of this. Comment CLASS below!

This was me in my past!!! Literally how I used to feel after a full week of holding everyone else’s nervous system šŸ™ƒ

and somehow…this has become ā€œnormalā€?

We’re here to fix that.

You deserve to end your week feeling grounded, not completely wiped.

If you’re a therapist struggling with this lack of balance, comment CLASS and we’ll show you how to do this work without burning yourself out.šŸ’š

You’re anxious about that session…but you’re only imagining how hard it might be.

Try this instead: imagine how you’ll feel walking out of it.

Steady.
Capable.
Like a therapist who can do hard things.

That’s the version of you we’re building šŸ‘€

If you need help getting there…our CLASS breaks this down step by step.
