Join us in celebrating Physical Therapist Colleen Snoza!

Colleen, our dedicated lead physical therapist at the Millard clinic, recently earned her Master’s in Healthcare Administration, further strengthening the care and leadership she brings to our patients and team.

"I went back to school to pursue my Master of Healthcare Administration degree because I wanted to improve my leadership skills and expand my knowledge of healthcare systems," said Snoza. As healthcare providers, we are always striving to improve patient care, and I saw the MHA degree as a way to broaden my impact in reaching that goal. I hope to continue to work with OrthoNebraska to foster team interaction, improve patient outcomes, and grow community engagement."

Investing in the future of healthcare! 🩺

Last week, members of our OrthoNebraska team had the pleasure of visiting the Millard Health Academy to share our passion for Physical and Occupational Therapy.

Our team — Jayden Burnett (PT), Dom Ilardi (PT), Drew Taylor (PT) and Ashley Sewall (OT) — spent the day diving into what a career in therapy actually looks like, from the academic journey to the daily impact we have on our patients' lives.

We broke out the Blaze Pods to show the students how we work on reaction time and coordination. Let’s just say, the students gave Dom a run for his money!

It was awesome sharing our journeys into the world of therapy. The future of healthcare is looking bright! 🌟
