I mean… to each their own.

But if I was going to give you some real advice, it would be this:

Find yourself a massage therapist who isn’t just there for the experience.
Find one who’s actually working to get you feeling better every single time you’re on their table.

Find an LMT who listens to your goals—and then builds the session around them.
Someone who’s paying attention, adjusting, and treating your body with intention… not just going through the motions.

Because your time matters.
Your money matters.
And your body absolutely deserves that level of respect.
