Our Story & Our Promise

We have always been a small, family-run funeral home dedicated to serving Omro and the surrounding communities. Our funeral home has been in existence since the early 1900’s. In March of 2002, Steve and Denise Kwiatkowski became the new owners, and though they were relatively new to the community, they have been providing quality care to families during their times of need for the past 27 years.

Kwiatkowski Funeral Home is different from other funeral homes. We are not large or fancy. We do not believe a new building or the size of the staff makes a funeral meaningful. We think they simply add to the cost. There are some things, however, that one cannot put a price on. Intangibles like sensitivity, compassion, and respect for the deceased.

Another is the genuine feeling you are being cared for, not only by professionals, but also by friends. The feeling when the funeral service is complete, your relatives or friends ask how everything was, and you respond by saying “I can’t believe all the details they thought of, all the things they took care of for us, and how they made us feel at home.”

We believe these qualities set us apart from others. At Kwiatkowski Funeral Home, we want you to feel so taken care of, that if you are not completely satisfied, we will make any adjustment it takes until you are. That’s our promise to you.
