✨ Important Updates at Revival Drip Bar ✨
Our goal has always been to provide high-quality, affordable services while respecting the time of both our clients and our team. To help us continue serving our community effectively, we will be implementing a few policy updates.
Due to an increase in missed appointments, no-call/no-show appointments will now incur a $50 fee, which must be paid prior to booking any future services. Missed appointments impact not only our business, but also other clients who could have benefited from that reserved time. As a courtesy, we send both email and text reminders prior to your appointment. If you are unable to make your scheduled time, please contact us upon receiving your reminder so we can reschedule you within the appropriate time frame.
We will also be making updates to our membership program. Moving forward, memberships will transition to a monthly ‘use it or lose it’ structure with added incentives.
In addition, we are excited to introduce service packages, allowing you to purchase services at a discounted rate and use them at your convenience—without the pressure of monthly expiration.
If you are currently on a membership, please plan to discuss these updates with me at your next appointment as we begin a soft rollout.
