We’ve always been more like friends than cousins and nothing is really more special than sharing that relationship with someone.

This routine helps keep me grounded and centers me after some long days. It allows me to show up more fully charged the next day for my family & clients.
I shoot for an 4/7 success rate on getting this in throughout the week because progress over perfection wins every time 💕

I am so grateful for the opportunity I had to discuss setting goals, finding true identity, and disrupting patterns in life that are no longer serving the next version of ourselves. In my Manifest, Disrupt and Build presentation at my local library, we had thoughtful conversations and time to reflect on each of these steps for setting ourselves and our families up for success in the new year.
