Happy November! Is it just me or does this year seem to be flying by faster than normal? This month is going to keep that theme going for sure! The full moon in Ta**us on the 5th will help to shine the light on what changes need to be made and habits, paths, and relationships that need to be released in order to grow in the direction you want to go. There may be some aha moments where you realize things or situations or memories from the past are holding you back from fully stepping into your full potential and best version of yourself. You don’t have to make sudden changes, but it will give a bit more solid direction of the next steps needed to get to where you want to go. You may also find that you are craving deeper connection in relationships, connection and oneself pushing you to look more into what works for you, what no longer does and what changes need to be made, We then hit Mercury retrograde on the 9th through the 29th. These can affect electronics, schedules and communication so be sure to double-check the travel plans you have set up, back up your computer and such. If you have to sign any contracts or make larger purchases, be sure to double check the fine print or get warranties just in case. The energy this month also may make you want to be a little more blunt with your words and thoughts, but with the retro possibly mixing up communications such as your message was coming from a good place but may not be received that way, if you can put off any big talks until later do so, otherwise take you time while having them!

By the end of the month, you should have a bit more clarity or understanding as to why certain paths, relationships or exact timing of plans didn’t go exactly as you were wanting or even if at all. As we then move into December, take note of what has come up this month and start making the steps to make the changes as the energy right now will show quicker results of those changes than we have seen in a while!

Well, the mountains are calling again for this girl and of course I have to answer! I just wanted to hop on here quick to let ya know that I will be out of the office from Sept 28th– Oct 13th. July 17th - Spirit Messages group event at my place in Onalaska, doors open at 5:30pm and the event goes from 6pm-8pm. Tickets for those go on sale tomorrow June 18th so be sure to check back here or Eventbrite to purchase!

I will be out of the office June 28th – July 7th and will have very limited cell service and wifi if any so please be patient with my response time on those days!

I will also be out of the office July 18th – July 22nd for some birthday shenanigans.

Hey folks! Just a quick update! I just want to thank everyone for being understanding with the recent group reschedule as well as regular appointment reschedules. What I thought was going to be a quick sickness turned out to be pneumonia. It is taking me a bit to respond to messages and get back to everyone so thank you for your patience with that as well!

With all the reschedules I unfortunately will not be able to host any classes this month. The next class I have is the Reiki Level 1 on March 1st with the minimum sign-up date being February 22nd. If this class has to be rescheduled the next offerings for reiki class will be later this fall.

For appointments this year, still plenty of virtual ones but only a few 30 min in person spots open for the year. I have opened up January for next year for in person with details on the scheduling page!

New moon in Capricorn today, also called a black moon as it is the 2nd new moon in a month. This one is all about manifesting dreams, ambitions and setting the stage for long-term success. It is a great time to take some time to sit and think about what you truly want, who you want to be or where you want to be in this next year. What is the life you truly envisioned for yourself, not what anyone expects you to do. It is a great time to start getting the foundation of setting up a more meaningful long-term plan that not only includes things to happen this year or sooner but also years down the road. Set clear intentions, focus on what matters to you, not anyone else. Take the time to self-reflect a bit, really dig in and ask yourself what habits, thought patterns that may be holding you back and the reason you feel stuck or unable to achieve what you wish, there is a high chance you will have a positive breakthrough or aha moments that shed some light on what is getting in the way or how you are holding yourself back. Remind yourself that hard work will pay off this year, but remember to be consistent and at times, okay with the slow and steady moments as well.

There may be some positive surprise opportunities and connections that pop up. Don’t shove unexpected opportunities to the side simply because that wasn’t part of the plan or timeline, take a moment to explore the curiosity as it may add more to your journey than you thought.

Work on not feeling the need to explain yourself, your goals and ideas that make you happy, only you truly know what does, not anyone else. It is ultimately up to you. This includes the work, planning and asking for the help needed along the way. Even if things don’t start immediately in January, putting the intentions out there, taking the steps to get moving or prep for when the time is right, go for it. Dream big, push yourself out of your comfort zone and try not to get caught up in the comparison game of others doing the same thing you want to accomplish.

Things you start to put your energy in today will set the solid foundation for all that is to come in 2025 as this will be the year that more things actually moving forward, going the direction more of what feels right to the core and not just the same old same old! So take a moment, journal those thoughts of what you are grateful for in 2024 and what patterns, habits, connections or situations you are releasing and not taking with you into 2025!
