Remember that post earlier this week about low back pain? It may not be just your low back, but your core. When doing core exercises, slow is better.

Instead of rushing through reps, focus on:
• Controlled breathing
• Quality movement
• Staying relaxed through your neck and shoulders

Your core’s job is stability—not speed. Fewer reps done well > lots of rushed ones.
