Iām offering one complimentary Reiki session designed to support relaxation and nervous system regulation.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that has been associated with activation of the parasympathetic (ārest and restoreā) response, which may help reduce stress, lower perceived anxiety, and promote a sense of physiological calm. While individual experiences vary, many clients report decreased muscle tension, slower breathing, and an overall shift into a more regulated, grounded state following a session.
