Hello to all my friends out there! I hope this finds you well! We are finally moving back to Scott County! We are sooo excited to be back in the county! I would love to start teaching Pilates and Yoga again IF I can find the right location. Please be on the lookout for something I can rent or buy in the Oneida area. I miss each of you and look forward to when we can begin classes again.

Alright Peeps! Monday is our day to start fresh taking better care of ourselves! The class format is Pilates and Yoga with an emphasis on alignment and stretching! M, T, TH at 10:30AM and T & TH at 4:30PM! Murph’s Gearbox in Winfield, TN! (Park and use the left side entrance). $5 per class! We are going to use this schedule for 6 weeks and then re-evaluate. Bring a mat, towel, and water. I have a few extra mats, so if you want to come and don’t have one, message me and I’ll save you one! I’ll be posting on my personal page as well! Hello All! I’m Happy to say that Beginners Pilates & Yoga Classes with an emphasis on stretching will begin on Monday, January 20th at 10:30 at Murph’s Gearbox in Winfield, TN! Monday classes are 10:30 AM, Tuesday & Thursday classes are 10:30 AM & 4:30 PM. Classes are $5 per person and 1 hour long. Please bring a mat (if you don’t have one let me know in advance and I’ll provide one) and water. I am looking forward to seeing all of you!
