At Behavior Spot, we teach children practical strategies to help regulate their bodies and respond to challenging moments. Through structured teaching and reinforcement, clients learn skills like requesting breaks, using calming strategies, and practicing self-regulation in supportive environments.

Our staff begin by co-regulating with clients—providing guidance, modeling, and support—until they can gradually use those strategies independently and achieve self-regulation!

These are skills that help children succeed not just in therapy, but in everyday life!
