I get to partner with Great Swamp Conservancy next week (July 8th) for their teen outdoor pursuits program and get to share yoga in a beautiful nature spot!

I will be there for a second yoga practice for teens on August 19th!

Free to attend with limited spots, just have to call or email to register for whatever sessions your teen can attend!
