So Much Happening at Bloom!
So...Where to Begin?
The Bloom hive mind has been busy crafting both additions to our class offerings as well as special events!
The rundown:
Saturday, 1/24/26 is Bloom Appreciation Day! Please join me for the 9 AM class free o' charge--come one, come all (especially old friends who haven't visited in a while) :)
Beginning in March, join Chris for a weekly t'ai chi class! I've had many requests for this over the years, and I'm so pleased to put this on the schedule--stay tuned!
Shailene's Inner Flame Series is a three-part (2/1/26--Imbolc, 2/28/26--Welcoming the Year of the Horse, 3/28/26--Ostara) seasonal workshop experience rooted in cyclical wisdom, creative ritual, and intentional presence. Guided by the turning of the seasons, we gather to tend the inner flame; the quiet spark of intuition, creativity, and becoming.
Saturday, 2/14/26--Yoga for Love is a celebration of loving connection through partner yoga. This practice involves two people using each other for support and balance, fostering deep trust, communication, and connection. It is suitable for friends, couples, or family members, always emphasizing mutual support and attentiveness to a partner's needs. Tickets are available for 10 partner pairs.
Saturday, 3/21/26--Blooming Into Spring ~ Rituals for Awakening the Earth ~ Join Shailene, Jimbo, and me for this immersive, experiential welcoming of Spring for the Earth and ourselves. We will plant seeds of intention (and actual seeds) through our opening ritual, bubble up with renewed vigor through drumming, and unleash our joy through dance!
Coming to celebrate Mother's Day (watch for the date) ~ I Remember Her ~ a gathering for women of all ages to connect, reflect, and embody the mother energy through gentle movement and breathwork, storytelling and reflection, sharing of memories, et al.
We would love to share these practices with you! Here is the registration/payment link: https://www.momoyoga.com/bloom-yoga-and-wellness/events We thank you sincerely for your friendship and for being part of our Bloom community!
