Agree with all but #7....please have this checked before you add iron. And consider adding some methylcobalamin (methyl-B12).

After choosing to do some required continuing medical education on Lyme Disease I am saddened by the lack of a fail proof method of diagnosing this potentially elusive and devastating illness.
