A huge shout out goes out to Talk of the Town - Utica NY for having Dr. Luis Oceguera from Bassett Healthcare Network and myself on the air this morning to bring awareness to the CSP Program, the rising risk of Colorectal Cancer and the importance of cancer screenings. It is always a pleasure to be on the air with these gentlemen and to bring cancer education to the community! “The best test is the one that gets done”. Be sure to schedule your cancer screenings today!

March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, so today Kyle Leisner with the Cancer Services Program through Bassett Healthcare Network joined us with surgeon Dr. Luis Oceguera over the phone to explain the risks for colorectal cancer, why its now the leading cause of cancer death in people under 50, and the importance of cancer screenings.
