❄️❄️❄️ Winter is coming (tonight) so quick reminder to check our live schedule for updates before heading out tomorrow! We will always TEXT all pre-registered clients at least an hour in advance if a class is canceled. School closing doesn’t necessarily mean we do, but sometimes Mother Nature keeps us home and cozy even if the main roads are clear. Please do your best to cancel your booking or contact us if you can’t make it, we will refund weather-related cancelations!

A truly unique experience, Bones and Balance blends functional movement patterning with Hatha yoga to emphasize alignment, range of motion, and proprioceptive strength. Taught by certified yoga for osteoporosis instructors, expect this class to understand and address achey joints and back pain!
