I offer a variety of modalities including Ashiatsu, Deep Tissue Massage, Rolfing®, Hot Stone Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Corporate Chair Massage, and Swedish Massage. Ashiatsu is gentle, deep, compressive type of bodywork using my feet instead of my hands. It provides a deeper sense of relaxation while targeting specific areas in ways the hands aren't able to. eGift certificates available online and Gift Certificates available at my office by appointment. My client base extends to the Binghamton, Albany, and Hudson Valley regions.

My Story

I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Rolfing®, Hot Stone Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Corporate Chair Massage, and Swedish Massage. I have been practicing full time for over 20 years. I have been awarded the Daily Star’s Best of the Best Massage Therapist for 8 years.

I have worked as a massage therapist on cruise ships, for the NY Yankees, for local businesses - doing on-site chair massage for their employees, for professional athletes, for student athletes, for professional singers, children, the elderly and even pets!

My clients come to see me usually for 1 of 3 reasons.

1- They are in pain and need relief. They may be suffering with a stiff and painful neck, headaches, back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain that runs down the arm, fibromyalgia, post surgery knee or hip replacement, sports injury, aging issues, etc.
