If you are in the Oneonta, NY area-Please dm me so we can schedule a time to train you on how to use Narcan/naloxone. This is the medication used to reverse overdoses. The training is FREE and I can provide you with a FREE Narcan/naloxone kit.

Parents, please, please, please-get Narcan for your home and, if your kids are headed to college get them Narcan to take with them. As a trainer for Truth Pharm, I can meet with you to get you and others in your family Narcan trained, and can provide you with a kit.

The training includes how to recognize an overdose and how to use Narcan. There is no cost to you. Feel free to pm me to arrange.

There is still much to learn about the transmission of COVID-19 and even though telehealth isn’t ideal for everyone, returning to in-person practice poses too much risk.

More than 200 scientists wrote to the WHO, warning about aerosol transmission of the coronavirus. The WHO has since acknowledged the evidence but hasn't change its advice yet.

This year has created a movement towards authenticity, honesty, and not just acceptance (mere tolerance) of differences, but celebration of them❤️👏🏻. This is the definition of mental health🧠

There is so much beauty & strength in diversity; conformity is actually a psychological & biological weakness

Shame & oppression are toxic.

What else do we need to normalize?

These are the issues my patients & many others needlessly struggle with while just trying to live their lives. Lets end this s**t!!!
