Today was another truly heartwarming day at Cooperstown Center. We had the joy of going caroling throughout the building while handing out candy canes, spreading holiday cheer to residents on every unit. The smiles, laughter, and warm greetings we received were a beautiful reminder of the power of connection and community. Moments like these make the season extra special, and we are grateful for the opportunity to bring joy and a little holiday spirit to each resident we encountered. 🎄✨

✨ Holiday Joy at Chestnut Park Nursing Home ✨

Today was a beautiful reminder of what the holiday season is truly about—connection, laughter, and shared joy. Spending time at Chestnut Park Nursing Home for some festive holiday games was nothing short of glorious.

From friendly competition to plenty of smiles (and a few happy laughs), the room was filled with warmth and cheer. Every game played sparked memories, conversations, and moments of pure happiness that made the day unforgettable.

Thank you to the incredible residents and staff at Chestnut Park for welcoming us so warmly and for creating such a joyful, loving environment. These moments—simple, meaningful, and heartfelt—are what make the holidays so special. 🎄❤️

Today, Helios Care presented to the Susquehanna SPCA a program on handling grief, realizing the business they are in often includes grieving for animals, their owners, etc. This program was funded by a grant from the Community Foundation of Unadilla and it was very well received. The staff were engaged and took away skills to help them in their occupation and life. Thank you to the Foundation for supporting this, and to Susquehanna SPCA for inviting us in!
