yinyasa immersion | one day or three

This is a sweet and subtle way to experience stillness and movement through the shared lens of yin yoga and a slow flow vinyasa. Beth has designed this immersion to be suitable for all and with the promise of feeling through the aspects of yoga that call us to pay attention in a softer way.

Sunday, July 17th (at the Stone Barn) a special 2 hour class. This can be your one day, two hour immersion into Yinyasa. Or perhaps its the start of a three day immersion where you will learn the art of yin tied into a methodical slow and focusing flow.

When: Sunday July 17, Tuesday July 19, Wed July 20

Where: Sunday @ Stone Barn, Tues + Wed at studio

Time: Sunday 10-12:00pm, Tues + Wed 5:45-8:15pm

How much: $30 for Sunday, $95 for all three days

Teaching them that self awareness, self acceptance, and non judgement is the biggest star they could reach for.

My wish being that their internal compass, their understanding of who they are, where they are, and what they are is unwavering.

WHY partake in a Yoga Teacher Training? WHY partake in the next 300hr Yoga Teacher Training ?

I did, I signed up for SYNB’s last 300hr Yoga Teacher Training right after I completed the most fabulous training with Jacqui Bonwell. AND I sure thought, “Girl what are you doing?”

I didn’t do it for the additional 300 hours of credentials or because I thought I was lacking. I did it because I am committed to learning as a process of exploration without expectations.

I committed to finding a group of like minded souls with whom I could check in with weekly. Reflecting on the process of how I understood yoga as individual and how I sought to understand others language of yoga. Better yet, what my trainers had to say about yoga!

I committed because that’s my certificate, a door wide open with growth and possibilities.

Find your WHY’s. I promise this training will be nothing short of beautiful, challenging, accommodating, and educational.

Oh and I’m teaching the flow portion 😜

I’ve had quite a few people ask about SUP Yoga for this 2022 Summer Season, WILL I still be teaching it this year?

The answer is HECK YUP! Totally, absolutely, 100%, not a chance I’d not!

I will put my schedule out in May (I usually begin classes mid/late June). The classes and workshops will be posted on Instagram, FB, and my website. You can always sign up for my emails at bethmclacklanyoga.com to stay in the know.

I highly suggest (at least once) that you make time to get off your mat (or your @&$!) and get onto a board (with moi of course) 🌞
