2230 Stumbo Road Ontario, OH 44906 We strive to create a peaceful 45-60-minute class that builds on strength, balance, and energy to inspire body, mind, and spirit. We encourage our students to take this time for themselves and to let go of all the worries in the world. In addition to connecting and improving human well-being we focus on animal welfare & care. A percentage of studio profits will be donated to the Richland County Humane Society to help care for animals in need.

​Our classes consist of both heated and hot classes where all levels of yoga students are welcomed-even first timers!

​Classes where (heated) is placed next to it will be in a room that is 80+ degrees or more and will be heated by heating panels & humidifier. Classes where (hot) is placed next to it will be in a room that is 90+ degrees or more and will be heated by heating panels & humidifier. Benefits of Hot Yoga: helps manage stress, boosts heart health, regulates blood glucose levels, helps improve depression symptoms, burns calories, increases flexibility

Flow, stretch, melt, and vibe with us this Sunday:

☀️ 9am – Stretch Flowslow movement + good energy to start your day right

🌙 4:30pm – Yin Yoga deep release, full reset

🔮 6pm – Sound Bath, soak in the frequencies + let it all go

💫 Yoga classes — $12 (memberships & packages apply)
💫 Sound Bath — only $15 (special Sunday rate!)

Come for one, or float through the whole day — it’s all about slowing down, tuning in, and filling your cup. 💖

Once a month, we have the cutest guest from the Richland County Dog Shelter join us for dog yoga — and this month, it was the one and only Taggie girl! ✨💗

Everyone instantly fell in love with her, but somehow she still hasn’t received a single application! She’s great with kids of all ages too!

Taggie is the sweetest soul — a total cuddle bug who loves her toys and gives endless love. She’s been waiting at the shelter for a whole year, and we can’t understand why. Once you meet her, you won’t want to let her go 🥹💕
