We will be providing FREE sports physicals to all Idaho students Tuesday May 19th 1-4:30pm at the New Plymouth High School auxiliary gym. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent. Current Physical Therapy will also be providing concussion screening for all students.
Here is the form that students need to fill out before having their physical, if you can please bring it already completed.
Since Oregon is still on stay at home orders this is only for Idaho students. We may have another for Oregon students at a later date.

COVID-19 Drive-Up Testing Site Coming to Malheur County 4-29-20
Testing at the April 29th Testing Site is only for individuals who live or work in Malheur County. A person qualifies for testing if they have two symptoms (fever within last three days, cough, shortness of breath) OR one symptom plus one risk factor.
