🍪👨‍🍳 Cooking Show with Dustin! ✨
At Morning Pointe of Franklin, TN - Assisted Living, our teams love finding fun and meaningful ways to connect with residents — and our monthly Cooking Show with Dustin has quickly become a favorite. Since joining us a few months ago, Dustin, our Food Service Director, has jumped right into community life, bringing creativity and joy to his role. 🤝💛

Each month, he partners with a resident to lead a live cooking demonstration for the whole community. This month’s recipe came from Rosemarie, who shared her longtime favorite Oatmeal Banana Cookies. Watching the two of them cook side by side — swapping stories, sharing tips, and laughing together — was a perfect example of how our teams go beyond the job to make each day special.

It’s moments like this that show what it’s like to work at Morning Pointe: meaningful connections, teamwork, and the chance to use your talents in ways that truly brighten someone’s day. ❤️🍽️
