🐥💛 A little friendly competition and a lot of smiles! Residents at The Lantern at Morning Pointe of East Hamilton recently went on a community-wide duck hunt — searching high and low for hidden rubber ducks tucked around hallways, cozy corners, and common areas.

With encouragement from staff and plenty of teamwork, everyone got in on the fun, cheering one another on as they found colorful ducks and shared laughs along the way. 💚 The simple joy of play brought out big smiles and reminded us that a sense of adventure never fades!

With recent SNAP food assistance changes affecting families in our area, your donations matter more than ever. Together, we can help stock local pantries and ensure no neighbor goes hungry this season. 🧡

We’re collecting non-perishable items such as canned meats, soups, rice dinners, pasta, and more — every item truly makes a difference.

🍂 Our residents had the best time at this year’s Fall Block Party — a day filled with autumn sunshine, sweet animals, and plenty of laughter.

Louise loved the cozy hayride, wrapped in a blanket as she took in the changing leaves. At the petting zoo, Bev couldn’t stop smiling while the goats and llamas nudged in for attention, sparking memories from her childhood farm days.

Residents also enjoyed pumpkin decorating, live music, seasonal treats, and the joy of spending time with friends, associates, and visitors. Simple moments — like Kyle, Zeva, Emily, and Louise chatting over pumpkins, or Hannah, Bev, Jan, and Louise sharing a laugh — made the day feel especially meaningful.

Events like this bring our community together and remind us how much beauty there is in the little moments of fall. 🍁🐐🎃
