Front Desk Receptionist- We are looking to add an experienced front desk receptionist with excellent communication skills that has preferably worked with Greenway Prime Suite and Phreesia. Candidate should understand insurances, collecting copays/deductibles and be able to multitask for our busy surgery practice. Excellent pay and benefits including BCBS health insurance, retirement, long term disability, life insurance and PTO. What You’ll Do:
• Assist MD/NP with in office procedures and patient care
• Schedule procedures and imaging
• Provide instructions and communicate results as directed
• Use EHR for electronic prescribing (Greenway Prime Suite Experience-helpful)
• Assist patients to exam rooms
What We’re Looking For:
• CMA certification required
• Surgical or procedural experience preferred
• Strong patient communication skills
