We’re seeking a Clinical Safety Advisor to join our Office of Patient Safety and play a vital role in supporting nursing excellence, improving patient outcomes, and strengthening organizational development across the system.

⭐ What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Safety Advisor, you will:
• Serve as a resource for quality data collection/analysis, patient safety, accreditation, and performance improvement.
• Conduct evidence-based research and utilizes available resources and instructional methods to develop and deliver training programs aligned with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory standards
• Serve as a key resource for several clinical teams and departmental meetings.
• Perform quality reviews, as needed, for departmental leadership

🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• 5 years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
• Registered Nursing License
• BLS within 90 days of hire
