We strive to help kidney patients and their health partners make timely and well informed health decisions that maximize opportunities for supporting healthy and independent living with chronic kidney problems. Our program does not refer patients for any procedure or any doctor without communicating with the referring physician. We offer these services free of charge to the patient and the patient support team.
