Eagle View Community Health System is a federally qualified health center who primarily serves the residents of Mercer, Henderson, Warren and McDonough counties in IL. Eagle View Community Health System, Inc., is a not-for-profit provider of community health care services (medical, dental, and behavioral health) with the primary location and administrative offices in Oquawka, IL. Eagle View has operated a clinic in Oquawka since 1979, and a clinic in Stronghurst, IL since 2000. Eagle View's primary market area includes Henderson, Warren, Mercer and McDonough Counties. Eagle View is funded by revenues generated from services rendered, federal grants, local fundraising, and other grants as applicable.

"Special Enrollment Period Available – Limited Time!

Some Get Covered Illinois customers may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period to make changes to their 2026 health plan.

You may qualify if you:
• Were automatically renewed into a 2026 health plan through Get Covered Illinois
• Did not actively select a plan or cancel coverage during Open Enrollment
• Did not claim your Get Covered Illinois account by February 1, 2026

Enrollment window:
February 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026

How to check if you qualify:
You must call the Get Covered Illinois Customer Assistance Center at 1-866-311-1119 (TTY: 711).

If approved, please contact Eagle View at 309-924-2414 to schedule an appointment for assistance. 🦅

Important:
Eligibility for this Special Enrollment Period cannot be checked online. Customers must call the Customer Assistance Center to see if they qualify."

Join us on June 20th for the 19th Annual Eagle View Golf Outing! This fun-filled event is a 4-person self-shot, best ball tournament and a great way to enjoy a day on the course while giving back.

All proceeds from the outing will support Eagle View’s new Dental Mobile Unit, helping us bring much-needed dental care directly to underserved communities and community members.
