Ever walk out of a KOL meeting thinking, “That went well,” But nothing actually changed?

No follow-up. No internal traction. No strategic movement.

That’s not a communication issue.
That’s a structure issue.

The BCMAS program competency holds that scientific communication is essential for the dissemination of evidence and for stakeholder trust:

- Driving cross-functional impact
- Capturing decision-grade insights from KOLs
- Structuring and synthesizing field intelligence
- Translating conversations into strategic outputs
- Connecting field insights to organizational strategy
- Converting discussions into actionable evidence frameworks

MSLs with this credential stop being “great conversationalists” and start being strategic drivers.

What would change if MA teams thought like investors?

Most Medical Affairs conversations stay internal. Michael S.K. Jeong, M.D., operates where those insights are actually judged.

As a Portfolio Manager, he evaluates pharmaceutical and biotech companies daily, deciding where capital goes, what signals matter, and which organizations show real confidence from the outside.

That’s exactly why this session matters.

He’s not theorizing about Medical Affairs. He’s actively using MA indicators to assess company value, performance, and future potential.

So when he breaks down:
- What investors look for
- How MA activity translates into market signals
- Why do some strategies build confidence while others don’t

…it’s coming from real decision-making experience.

If you want to understand how your Medical Affairs strategy is perceived beyond your organization and what actually influences valuation, this is a session you don’t sit out.

AI isn’t the future. It’s already part of Medical Affairs and the BCMAS® program shows you how to use it.

Medical Affairs teams manage more data, tighter timelines, and higher scrutiny than ever.

That’s why AI literacy matters: not coding, not becoming a data scientist, but knowing how AI supports evidence generation, field insights, safety, medical information, HEOR, and compliant decision-making.

BCMAS® program embeds AI across its curriculum, reflecting the real-world role today.

With over 8,000 certified professionals worldwide and a six-month, 40-hour program, the BCMAS® program equips you to integrate AI where it actually matters, inside Medical Affairs processes, not theory.

The BCMAS® program isn’t teaching what worked five years ago, it’s preparing you for how Medical Affairs works now.
