A Letter from Our Founder...
To our partners in the Life Sciences community,
As 2025 comes to a close, I want to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together and where we are headed next.
Medical Affairs continues to sit at the strategic center of innovation, ensuring responsible scientific exchange, protecting patients, and enabling access to breakthrough therapies. It is ACMA’s privilege to serve as your partner in raising standards, advancing excellence, and elevating the global stature of our profession.
This year marked record growth for Board Certified Medical Affairs Specialist (BCMAS®) Program and Prior Authorization Certified Specialist (PACS®) Program, with more than 1,000 new pharma and biotech partnerships strengthening scientific rigor, regulatory readiness, and AI fluency across field teams. We also launched ACMAi, our AI-enabled learning platform designed to deliver personalized, experiential education at scale.
In parallel, ACMA expanded strategic academic alliances with global universities and medical organizations, while deepening our focus on policy and compliance to reinforce regulatory trust and reduce organizational risk.
Together, these milestones affirm that BCMAS® is no longer simply a certification, it is a mark of distinction.
Looking ahead, as healthcare advances through AI-driven discovery, personalized medicine, and cell and gene therapies, success will favor those who understand both science and the realities of bringing innovation to market. This perspective led to the launch of White Manna Capital, a healthcare-focused investment firm built on Medical Affairs insight to help identify, support, and accelerate the innovations that will define the next era of medicine.
As we move into the year ahead, ACMA remains committed to advancing the credibility of Medical Affairs and MSL professionals, raising the global bar for competence and ethics, equipping leaders with AI-driven capabilities, and ensuring our profession remains indispensable to healthcare innovation.
Thank you for your partnership, leadership, and trust. Together, through ACMA, we will help extraordinary science reach patients faster, safer, and smarter.
