I have to share this story… Last weekend, right after Hurricane Melissa hit Jamaica, I was watching and saw an interview with a captain who had just been through the storm—10-foot waves crashing over his vessel. His name is Michael Tawodi, and he was out on one of his humanitarian missions, delivering supplies across the Caribbean to communities in need.

The moment he mentioned bringing aid to Jamaica, I took a screenshot of the TV so I wouldn’t forget his name. I decided to take a chance and reach out—and unbelievably, it worked. We’re now in conversation about partnering my nonprofit, , with his organization, , to change lives together.

Today, I shipped medical supplies directly to him for those affected in Jamaica. I’m over the moon about this connection and so hopeful for the impact we can make through future projects.

And as if my heart wasn’t full enough, here are a few photos from the water wells I funded in October. Right now, we’re actively drilling in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan—clean water flowing where hope once felt impossible.

Just wrapped up a day that felt like pure restoration. After a strong gym session and getting my meal prep on point, I headed out to the Quan Am Nam Hai Monastery - Mindfulness Meditation Practice Center. Spent the whole day immersed in meditative walking, a mindful lunch, and some peaceful noble silence. Rang the bell sending prayers out into the universe for all beings. We wrapped it all up with a really uplifting seated meditation and Dharma talk that I absolutely needed. It was just the perfect reset. 🤎 🤎🤎
