It's the morning of your bloodwork and your doctor said to fast before the test. Your stomach is growling, but don't eat! Your results could come back wrong if you give in to temptation. Learn why: https://wb.md/3L5LyHw

When fat was removed from food, what replaced it? Sugar, refined carbs, seed oils, and ultra-processed fillers. As we followed low-fat diets, obesity and type 2 diabetes exploded. The low-fat experiment made us sicker, not healthier.

Old-school rule: if your opinion wasn’t asked for, keep it to yourself.

I didn’t build this body to meet anyone else’s comfort level or outdated definition of femininity. I built it through discipline, healing, consistency, and a deep respect for my health.

And let me be crystal clear—we are not men.
Hell no.
I am very much a woman. Strong. Feminine. Soft where I choose, powerful where I decide.

Muscle doesn’t take away womanhood. Strength doesn’t erase grace. Loving your body enough to challenge it doesn’t make you less—it makes you aligned.

What I’ve noticed over the years? The loudest, most unsolicited opinions usually come from people sitting in excuses instead of effort. It’s easier to comment on someone else’s discipline than to face your own discomfort with change.

This body isn’t about aesthetics—it’s about health, confidence, longevity, and self-respect.

I’m not shrinking. I’m not apologizing. And I’m definitely not asking for permission.

Happy to be a woman. Proud to be strong.

Inflammation isn’t always loud—it’s often slow, sneaky, and driven by what we eat daily.

If you’re dealing with joint pain, stubborn weight, fatigue, hormone chaos, insulin resistance, or chronic disease risk, these foods are often part of the problem. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s awareness and better swaps most of the time. Small changes compound into massive health shifts over time.

👉 Save this, share it, and start reading labels like your health depends on it—because it does.

Visceral fat is fat that wraps around organs in your belly that are deep inside you. It can surround your liver, intestines, stomach, and other internal organs. It’s healthy and normal to have some visceral fat. Everyone does. But too much visceral fat isn’t good for you. It comes with more risk for health problems, such as diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. https://wb.md/3W7eLUo
