We are a Medicare Part B provider and also accept private pay services.

🎉5 Incredible Years!! MTS was started 5 years ago this day by two physical therapists who wanted to bring “Physical Therapy At its Best” to the people of Orange County. Combined with the amazing support of their families, through hard work, the highest quality care and compassion for their patients, and dedication to their dream, Lee and Patrick have since brought together an incredible team of like-minded physical therapists servicing all of Orange County in the comfort of the patients’ homes. A team that values work-life balance and the highest caliber 1-on-1 care to their patients, MTS is just getting started. We are thankful for our families, friends, and patients. For this 2024 holiday season, MTS is supporting the charity ‘Operation Walk’ in its mission to provide Total Joint Replacement surgeries and rehabilitation to those in need.

Your donation to Operation Walk will contribute to a life-changing experience for someone desperately in need of surgery and therapy. This will allow them to regain their life – stand long enough to cook their favorite meals, kneel/squat down to tend to their garden, and kick the soccer ball with their grandchild…but most of all, it restores their independence and dignity.
