⚾️ Super excited to share that Jenny one of our APRNs won both of Gabe’s silent auction baseball baskets — and her baseball-loving son is absolutely over the moon!

And Marisol was the winner of a beautiful art piece!

Our favorite therapy dog, Asher, spent the day visiting our amazing Diabetes Educators and Endocrine Nurses — bringing calm, comfort, and a lot of laughter to the clinic! 💙

Therapy animals like Asher remind us that healing happens in many ways — sometimes through a wagging tail and a gentle nuzzle. 💉🐶💞

The ADAPT https://www.nemours.org/locations/adapt.html Program at Nemours Children’s Health is excited to offer Miniature Horse Equine-Assisted Learning sessions at our Downtown Campus 🐴✨

These sessions provide a unique opportunity for children to learn, grow, and build confidence living with diabetes through hands-on experiences with our miniature horses.

📅 Fall sessions now open
👧 Ages 7+ through late teens
🏥 Nemours Pediatric Diabetes Center patients only
📘 Includes a brief series of learning modules
⏱ 20–30 minute visits with Equine Specialist and Diabetes APRN
💳 Covered by insurance; co-pays may apply
