Congratulations to Stephen Quinn, local Jacksonville singer, who for several years sang the National Anthem at our CapeABILITIES 5K / 1M Run Walk Roll. Today he took that same powerful voice to the big stage, singing the National Anthem before the Jaguars win against the Titans.
