Thank you all so much for your support of James for National Wear Red Day! It's always emotional for me to see everyone come together to show our joint fight and support for those suffering from Heart Disease.

Did you know we've got Valentine's Day on Saturday and Mardi Gras next week?? Fat Tuesday is this coming Tuesday so we've added Cajun Pot Soup to the menu to get everyone in the spirit.

First we've got Beef Stroganoff. We start with seasoned ground beef, rotini noodles and we top it with our beef gravy that is To.Die.For! But don't please. We'd miss you too much. Individual (feeds 1) is $20, small (feeds 3-4) is $35 and large (feeds 5-7) is $45. Gluten Free available.

Mushrooms can be added but if you don't request them there will be NO FUNGUS AMOUNG US!

For our low carb Friends we have stuffed portobello mushroom caps. We take the cap and stuff it with the meat and mushrooms and top with the sauce. A pan of 2 caps (feeds 1-2) is $30.
Gluten Free available.

Also available is Shredded Beef!

Next we've got Baked Ravioli. We take cheese ravioli and layer it with marinara sauce with ground beef and top with mozzarella cheese. Individual (feeds 1) is $20, small (feeds 3-4) is $35 and a large is $45.

Also available for shredded chicken instead of ground beef. For a play on chicken parm. Sort of... I mean, squint and turn your head and it's chicken parm... sort of

And for your Mardi Gras celebrations we've got Cajun Pot Soup. This would be great with your favorite sourdough or other bread. This is loaded with Cajun flavor! Sausage, shredded chicken, shrimp, tomatoes, onions and peppers. Yum! Individual 16 ounce container is $15, 32 ounce deli container (feeds 1-2) is $25 and the large 64 ounce deli container (feeds 3-4) is $45. *Price reflects market price of shrimp. Naturally Gluten Free.

And finally for dessert, your favorite and ours, Triple Chocolate Cake. This is our bundt style cake made with 3 forms of chocolate and it is so good. So moist. So everything. An individual is $10, our regular 6 inch bundt is $17 and a full size bundt is $32.

Don't forget to add $5 to your total for the delivery fee. Also feel free to include your tip to the driver in your payment. They work hard to deliver your food safely.

Tomorrow is National Wear Red Day and we would love to see ALL OF YOU wearing your red! Post a picture and tag us in it! And for everyone that tags us in their picture wearing red tomorrow, Friday February 6th, we will put your name in bowl and have James draw a winner for a free dessert. We've got a really great Valentine's week meal and dessert coming up for you and you won't want to miss it! So let's get into it....

You down with CPP? Yeah, you know me! Someone said nothing says happiness like C+C Chicken Pot Pie and you know what, we AGREE! We start with slow-cooked, seasoned, shredded chicken, add in our signature vegetable mix, creamy gravy and top with a flaky crust. Bake until golden brown. Dinner Done! 1 pie (feeds 3-4) is $30 and two pies (feeds 6-8) is $45. We highly recommend getting all the pies your freezer can fit so you can have them or share with your family and friends. We LOVE sending these to our friends with new babies or loss. It's one of those meals that comforts from the inside. ❤ We cannot be held responsible for the ridiculousness you may find on your pies but we hope that make you smile and/or laugh as much as they make us as we are "decorating" them.

Gluten Free Biscuit Top available on the form. We really have been struggling with the gluten free pie crust tearing apart and it hasn't what we've hoped for but we tested a biscuit topping and it was so much better than we expected. We know all our Gluten Free Friends are going to also love it. Each Gluten Free pot pie is $35.

We know Chicken Pot Pie isn't exactly a low carb Friend's dream meal but we do our best. We've got a crustless chicken pot pie. Now, don't go thinking this will be "carb free" but it is most certainly a lower carb version. We will put the pot pie filling in a pie tin and top with a sprinkling of cheese. (you can ask for no cheese in the notes if you don't want it) Each crustless pot pie is $25.

Nothing says Valentine's Day like our Valentine's Pasta. Originally named this way because we introduced it on Valentine's week last year and the sauce is pink. The name stuck so here we are. This is noodles and seasoned ground beef in our creamy tomato sauce then topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. **The picture shows it meatless because it was being tested and photographed but we realized quickly it needed ground beef so rest assured there will be ground beef. And eventually a new picture lol** An individual (feeds 1) is $20, a small (feeds 3-4) is $35 and large (feeds 5-7) is $45. This is also available Gluten Free. GF noodles may vary.

For our Low Carb Friends we've got Green Beans in place noodles. Each pan (feeds 3-4) is $40. This is naturally Gluten Free.

Our Slow Cooker option this week is one that we know your whole family will love! We want to introduce you to our slow cooker smothered pork chops and slow cooker smothered chicken. We start with pork chops and onion and then add in our signature smother gravy and let it cook on low. We've also got it in chicken and we think you'll love both. This will come uncooked but ready to load in the crockpot, with a liner, to set it and forget it! Each smothered pork chops or chicken (feeds approx 6) is $30 and a half portion (feeds approx 3) is $20. Gluten Free available on the form. **Please note - we recommend serving over rice, mashed potatoes or egg noodles. (not included)**

And for dessert, what else could it be for Valentine's Day than Red Velvet Cheesecake Swirl Bars? These are a red velvet cake base with cheesecake swirl topping. An individual is $10, our regular 8x8 is $17 and full size is $32.

Many of you already know but for those that don’t I’d like to introduce you to James. James is C’s now 12 year old son who was born with a Congenital a heart Defect known as Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. To put it very simply, he only has half his heart. He has no left side to his heart at all. To date James has had 4 open heart surgeries, 9 cardiac catheterizations and too many echos, MRIs, CAT Scans and blood draws to keep track of. He is literally fighting with every single breath he takes. He is my hero!

Another “fun” fact (sarcasm coming through yet??) is I’m a remarried widow. My husband, Jason, James’s Daddy, died 5 years ago of a widowmaker heart attack. Zero family history and zero warning. He left for work on a random Saturday and never came home.

And if that wasn’t enough, 12 years ago, +C and I lost our beloved Daddy to adult onset heart disease. That man was our whole world and we are lost without him.

Ok, so why am I bringing this up? Im so glad you asked! It is now February and February is Heart Month! ❤️ The first Friday of every February is National Wear Red Day, originally started to bring attention to heart disease in women and now to bring awareness to adult onset and congenital heart disease. That means this Friday, February 6th, is National Wear Red Day and where we and we’d love for all of you to join us in wearing Red! We wear red to recognize all of those fighting heart disease. It’s a time to recognize warriors, like my James! It’s also a time to honor the memory of those we’ve lost to heart disease, like James’s beloved Daddy and Pappaw. Consider this our formal invite for all our Friends to join us this friday to wear red! Wear red, post a picture, tag us and use . Let’s turn social media red and show the world we all fight together! ❤️🥰

We hope everyone is staying warm! We will remain in the cold for the foreseeable future so we've got some comfort meals and soup on next week's menu to help warm you from the inside.

First is our Chicken Marsala. We start with seasoned hand-diced chicken then add in balsamic roasted mushrooms and onions and rigatoni pasta then top with creamy marsala sauce, parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Trust us when we tell you this is worthy of every Mmmm sound that will come out of your mouth! Individual (feeds 1) is $20, Small (feeds 3-4) is $35 and Large (feeds 5-7) is $45. Gluten Free available on the form.

For our low carb Friends we stuff Portobello mushroom caps with our seasoned chicken, balsamic roasted mushrooms and onions, parmesan cheese, creamy marsala sauce and fresh basil. Two caps come in a pan and are $30 each. A pan will feed 1, possibly 2 adults, depending on portion size. Naturally Gluten Free.

Next we've got our French Onion Beef and Orzo. This is another of our "dump and bake" meals that you are going to love. We take orzo, add in seasoned ground beef, onion and gouda but then we're also adding mushrooms and green beans. This will bake in our rich beef broth. It doesn't just taste great it will make your house smell great, too. An individual (feeds 1) is $20, small (feeds 3-4) is $35 and a large (feeds 5-7) is $45. Gluten Free available on the form.

We'd also like to introduce you to our Creamy Chicken Gnocchi Soup. Shredded chicken, soft gnocchi and veggies (celery, onion, carrot and spinach) in seasoned creamy chicken broth. You are going to love this soup! Individual 16 ounce container is $12, 32 ounce deli container (feeds 1-2) is $20 and the large 64 ounce deli container (feeds 3-4) is $35.

And rounding out the menu we've got Casey's Famous Brownies! These are not your typical Brownies. They are better. You can also get them with pecans but be sure to let us know if you've got a nut allergy in your home so we can make yours before any nut enters the kitchen. Individual pan is $10, regular 8x8 pan is $17 and full size pan is $32.
