In addition to getting to learn jiu-jitsu alongside these powerhouses from Gracie Jiu Jitsu, I had the absolute pleasure of sharing a new skill with this group of amazing women...how to handle f1rearms safely and confidently.

These ladies already know how to protect themselves on the mat — and now they’re adding another skill set to their toolbox. Watching their focus, discipline, and determination translate from grappling to the range was incredible.

So proud of these women for stepping up, learning something new, and taking their personal protection to the next level!
