When I started my practice, it was just me — a woman with a dream, a laptop, and a vision to create something sacred.
Building a group practice has been scary, thrilling, and so rewarding.

Shadow work helped me grow into this version of myself — the one who leads with balance, awareness, and grace.
It taught me that healing isn’t just for my clients… it’s for me, too. 🌿

Yoga became my mirror in shadow work. 🧘🏾‍♀️🦀♋🕉️
Every breath, every pose reveals the parts of me I once hid — the tension, the grief, the ancestral stories written in my bones.
As a melanated woman, I carry the weight and wisdom of generations that had to stay strong just to survive.
Now, I use my practice to remind my body it’s safe to rest, to release, to rise again.
This is more than movement — it’s liberation through awareness.

✨ As a Black mother, doing shadow work in chaotic times isn’t just about me — it’s about protecting my peace and creating a safe space for my child.
Healing myself is a form of resistance.
Every pause, every deep breath, every moment of self-awareness is me refusing to let chaos have the final say in my home. 💜
