🔥Fire softens.  💧Water remembers.

At Sacred Heart…A Return, we move through ceremony with the elements, allowing the body to release, the heart to open, and the spirit to be renewed.

The Temazcal invites transformation through fire 🔥  heat, breath, prayer, and surrender.
A symbolic return to the womb, where what is heavy can be released and something new can be born.

The cenote welcomes rebirth through water 💧  ancestral waters that cleanse gently, hold memory, and remind us how to trust the flow of becoming.

Held in sisterhood, witnessed in ceremony, we cross thresholds together 🤲🏼 from holding to letting go, from survival to remembrance, from who we’ve been to who we are returning to.

This month’s Amarte Circle is for teen young women. This circle a safe space to breathe, move, create, and feel.

Through breathwork, body movement, and art, teens get to explore emotions in a supportive, judgment-free community.

I wish I had a space like this at a young age and dedicating this last circle of 2025 to those younger parts. I can’t wait to meet the teens who will get to experience mind, body and soul healing in community.

From desperation to purpose…
 This is a part of my story I want to share with you today.  I didn’t enter ancestral healing feeling strong or ready.  I entered because I was searching.
For relief. For clarity. For myself.
What I found was a homecoming.
 An awakening of my gifts, my lineage, and the woman I am becoming.

EMDR works deeply with the brain and body to process stored memories and emotional experiences. 🧠

After a session, your nervous system continues to integrate what was activated which is why gentle aftercare is so important.

Rest, hydrate, and notice what arises with curiosity and compassion. Healing doesn’t end when the session does your body keeps doing the work in its own time.
