A Latina therapist, love & relationship coach, and sound healing practitioner who doesn’t just talk about healing, she embodies it.

Today we’re holding deep gratitude for each other and honoring the truth that we are enough!

Stephanie Felix has been such a meaningful part of Amar Therapy. She said yes to the adventure of joining my group practice. She was curious about private practice, and I was willing to explore that expansion alongside her, especially after knowing each other for 12+ years.

To say the least, I witnessed her growth both personally and professionally. It was an honor to see her reconnect with her magic and step fully into herself again ✨

As therapists, we don’t always pause to receive… but she wrote me a letter that had me in tears 😭 She reminded me that great leaders inspire greatness in others and the way she expressed her gratitude was so beautiful.

I created Sacred Heart: The Exhale Retreat because I know what it feels like to be the one who keeps going, keeps showing up, and keeps holding so much.

This work is deeply personal to me.

My own healing journey brought me back to my body, helped me regulate my nervous system, and taught me that softness is not weakness, it’s medicine.

That’s why this retreat exists.

I wanted to create a space for women who are tired, stretched thin, and craving more than just “time away.”

A space to release what they’ve been carrying.
To be supported.
To feel safe enough to soften.
To finally exhale.

We are so excited to announce our collaboration for A Galetines Yin Yoga + Reiki event. Our friendship started in 2022 and since then has taught us so much about ourselves, trust, and the healing work we can do in community and sisterhood.

We both originally connected when Kaelly was curious about the Reiki work that Viridiana offered and since then Kaelly’s curiosity in finding multiple ways to support healing has also led her to becoming a Yin Yoga Trained Instructor. During this Galentine event, you will be receive both services from us: A Yin Yoga Class paired with Reiki and Sound Bath Healing.

We believe that healing and empowerment begins within you, and we look forward to creating a space where women can show up for themselves.

At Sacred Heart…A Return, we move through ceremony with the elements, allowing the body to release, the heart to open, and the spirit to be renewed.

The Temazcal invites transformation through fire 🔥 
heat, breath, prayer, and surrender.
A symbolic return to the womb, where what is heavy can be released and something new can be born.

The cenote welcomes rebirth through water 💧 
ancestral waters that cleanse gently, hold memory,
and remind us how to trust the flow of becoming.

Held in sisterhood, witnessed in ceremony,
we cross thresholds together 🤲🏼 from holding to letting go, from survival to remembrance, from who we’ve been to who we are returning to.
