Last Saturday, wrapped up Mental Health Awareness Month with a little movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. 💚

Self-Care Saturday brought our team together for a peaceful morning of yoga (led by our amazing Sangeeta Kakada!) followed by a relaxing hike through Carbon Canyon. It was the perfect way to pause, recharge, and celebrate wellness together.
