I believe that you are your own best asset and deserve the tools to live with confidence, balance, and purpose. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, and life transitions. I also have specialized experience supporting neurodiverse and gifted adolescents, individuals with ADHD, and families caring for loved ones with autism or dementia.

My counseling style is compassionate and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution‐Focused techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and Person‐Centered approaches. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can build resilience and experience meaningful change.

I earned my M.Ed. in Counseling and Development from Lamar University and completed LPC Bridge coursework through Angelo State University. I’m supervised by Karen Tyndall, LPC‐S, and proud to be part of the Choices Counseling team. In my free time, I enjoy reading, walking, camping, and spending time with my family.
