Because you are here, I know you believe your body is capable of amazing things. It is intelligent and powerful. It works tirelessly to rebalance and improve itself, even when things feel out of control or terribly wrong. I’m eager to join you on your journey to discovering these innate capabilities and learning how you can assist your body in its important work. With this newfound connectedness, you will become a healthier, more balanced individual. At the moment, you might be dealing with a serious physical challenge and wish to learn how to self-heal and live pain-free. Or it could be that your pelvic floor isn’t functioning as efficiently as it used to, and you’re looking for a gentle, noninvasive way to regain control. Or you may be contemplating natural childbirth and want to be as prepared as possible. I’m excited to share my knowledge and experience with you. I offer my services in three main areas, each with its own page on my site to meet your individual needs. There are pages dedicated to pelvic floor disfunction, chronic conditions, and childbirth education.

My podcast opener video was made by my talented friend Kristen Myers Animals and Spirit. Kristen drew a peony (my favorite flower that is also my business logo) and took time-laps to create a video. The music is by Israeli musician Ofer Lifsh*tz who chose a piece that was still in the making, Etude #5. His son, Yotam Lifsh*tz, created the mix with my voice. I feel fortunate and honored to have such talented, creative people in my life. Generous people who were happy to help me with my new podcast and made it so personal and special.
