PIVOT SOLUTION is dedicated to providing this new and effective SOLUTION for treating Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Snoring which nearly everyone can afford, with or without insurance. This Patented oral device does not require surgery or wearing an obtrusive and unattractive face mask. PIVOT SOLUTION can be worn comfortably by the wearer for the entire night.

Once commercialized, it is our intension to institute a program for people who are on low fixed income, disabled or living close to the poverty level to be able to have access to PIVOT SOLUTION at a price they can qualify for and afford. Everyone has the human right to better health.

Pivot Solution is a custom fitted one piece simple acrylic retainer with a soft inner surface that comfortably engages the upper and lower teeth in the wears mouth and natural bite position. This softer material holds the retainer in place all night. It features a tongue depressor, which is bonded in soft silicone that pivots during occasional swallowing at night. The innovative tension mechanism allows the tongue depressor to return to its original positon thereby opening the airway without waking the wearer!
The PIVOT SOLUTION device will be indicated as a prescription oral appliance for the treatment of moderate to severe snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea, OSA.

Obstructive Sleep Apnea, OSA and Snoring carry many significant health risks. Untreated OSA and moderate to severe Snoring are serious and potentially life-threatening conditions. Sleep Apnea, (OSA), often goes undiagnosed. Doctors usually can’t detect the condition during routine office visits. Also, no blood test can help diagnose the condition.

They are known to contribute to: High Blood Pressure, Heart Attack, Stroke, Obesity, Diabetes, Atrial Fibrillation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Arthroplasty, Metabolic Syndrome, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Parkinson's Disease, and Alzheimer's Disease. Hispanics, Asians and African Americans are at greater risk than Caucasians.
