I work as a research psychiatrist and clinician at University of California Irvine Neuropsychiatric Center. My areas of expertise include schizophrenia and psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders (including OCD and Panic Disorder), depression and bipolar, dementia and personality disorders. As a research psychiatrist I work in clinical trials where we test new medications for schizophrenia, depression, bipolar and dementia. An important part of our research is the use of novel brain imaging techniques to understand mechanisms of action.
